How do I add a card to my phone?

Scan the code at the counter with your phone's camera. On an iPhone the card opens in Apple Wallet; on Android it opens in Google Wallet. Tap Add and it's yours, with no app and no sign-up.

I bought something but my stamp isn't there

Stamps are given by the staff at the counter, and your card updates on its own a moment later. If one is missing, ask the staff: they can see your card and fix it right there.

How do I get my reward?

When the card is full it says so. Show it at the counter and the staff will give you the reward. Your next card starts right after.

How do I turn off updates and notifications?

You can stop a business's updates at any time and keep your card and your stamps. It's done in the Wallet app on your phone, not on our site.

iPhone: open the Wallet app on your phone, tap the card, tap the ••• button, then Pass Details, and turn off Allow Notifications.

Android: open the Google Wallet app on your phone, tap the card, tap Details, and turn off notifications for this pass. If you don't see that switch yet, turn off notifications in the Google Wallet app's settings.

How do I remove a card?

In the Wallet app on your phone, like any other card. From then on the business can't send anything to it.

iPhone: open the Wallet app on your phone, tap the card, tap the ••• button, and choose Remove Pass.

Android: open the Google Wallet app on your phone, tap the card, tap the ⋮ button at the top, and choose Remove.

How do I start?

Create an account, add your business, and set up your stamp card: what customers collect, how many, and the reward. For now our team designs each business's card with you.

How do my staff give stamps?

Open the counter on the till's phone or tablet and scan the customer's card, or type their number. Each staff member signs in with their own access.

Where do I find my card's code?

Open the stamp card in your workspace. Its code is there to print or download and put by the till.
