Welcome to Kartisiya. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Kartisiya's websites, mobile applications, and related services.
Stamp cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet: for businesses
Kartisiya gives your business digital stamp cards that customers add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app and no sign-up: the cards and their designs, the page customers add them from, the counter sign and its code, stamping at the counter, and messages to your customers.
The rewards are yours. The stamp card's reward and any gift you give are your promise to your customers, and you are responsible for honouring them. If you stop using Kartisiya, or Kartisiya stops the service, you agree to honour the stamps your customers already have, in a way you choose.
Your messages are yours too. You decide what they say and you are responsible for their content. They must be lawful, true, not offensive and about your business. They reach only customers who said yes to messages from you, and Kartisiya adds to each one how to turn updates off.
We can see the messages sent through Kartisiya, and we may stop or remove a message that breaks these terms or the law, or pause a business's messages.
If a claim is made against Kartisiya because of the content of your messages or gifts, you will indemnify Kartisiya for the damage and reasonable costs, unless the claim comes from a fault in Kartisiya's system.
Your customers' data is yours. Under the Privacy Protection Law you are its controller and Kartisiya is the holder: we keep and process it for you, only to run your stamp card and as these terms say, with the security the data security regulations require. We tell you about any security incident, we keep it confidential, and when you stop using Kartisiya we delete it within 30 days (a copy is yours on request). We may use combined statistics that identify no one to improve the service. For now, Kartisiya doesn't offer saving customers' names or phone numbers.
Equipment we lend you, such as NFC cards, stays ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We won't use your business's name, logo or results publicly without your permission.
Kartisiya isn't responsible for your obligations to your customers, including rewards, gifts and complaints. If you have a separate signed agreement with us, it comes first.
Stamp cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet: for people who carry them
The business gives the stamps and the reward, sets their terms and is responsible for honouring them. We run the card for the business: we don't give the reward, and we can't guarantee it or make the business give it. For anything about a stamp or a reward, ask the business.
The business's messages and offers are written and sent by the business, and it is responsible for what they say. Kartisiya doesn't write them, but it has rules against offensive or misleading messages and can stop a message that breaks them. Seen one like that? Write to us.
You get the business's news and offers only with your approval. You can turn updates off at any time in the Wallet app on your phone, or remove the card there. Updates about your own card, like a new stamp, keep arriving inside the card.
One card per phone at each business. Tapping or scanning is meant for real visits; the business or Kartisiya may limit stamps that look like misuse.
If the business stops using Kartisiya, or we stop running the card, it stays in your Wallet showing your last stamps but no longer updates. Every business commits to us to honour the stamps you already have. That promise is the business's: if it isn't kept, take it up with the business, as we can't enforce it for you.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Kartisiya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use Kartisiya on behalf of a business, organization, studio, clinic, school, or other provider, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. The service
Kartisiya helps individuals and service providers track prepaid sessions, punch cards, packages, balances, expiration dates, and related activity.
Kartisiya is a recordkeeping and workflow tool. Unless a specific paid feature states otherwise, Kartisiya does not provide scheduling, booking, payment processing, checkout, marketplace discovery, tax, accounting, or legal services.
A card, punch, balance, or activity record in Kartisiya is not independent proof of payment, attendance, service delivery, or access unless supported by the separate agreement, receipt, or records between the relevant customer and provider.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Kartisiya only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Personal and business use
Personal cards are intended for an individual user's own tracking. The owner of a personal card is responsible for entering and maintaining accurate information.
Business-issued cards are controlled by the provider workspace that issued them. Customers may view issued cards, balances, and activity, but may not punch or reverse provider-issued cards.
Providers are responsible for honoring their own service agreements, configuring staff access appropriately, correcting customer records, and resolving disputes about service delivery, attendance, refunds, expiration, and balances.
5. Subscriptions, purchases, and billing
Kartisiya may offer free plans, paid plans, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases. The features, limits, and prices for each plan may change from time to time.
Purchases made through an app store are billed, renewed, cancelled, and refunded according to that app store's rules and your app store account settings.
Kartisiya does not store full payment card numbers. Payment information is handled by the relevant app store or payment processor.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Kartisiya, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass permissions, access data that is not yours, scrape non-public data, upload malicious code, or use Kartisiya in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
You may not copy, sell, resell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Kartisiya except as expressly allowed by us in writing.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe it is necessary to protect Kartisiya, users, providers, customers, or data.
7. Customer and provider data
You retain responsibility for information you submit to Kartisiya. Providers should not add sensitive or unnecessary information to customer records.
Where a provider creates a customer record or provider-issued card, that provider is responsible for having a lawful basis to use the relevant customer information and for responding to customer questions about that provider's records.
We may process submitted information as needed to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve Kartisiya.
8. Intellectual property
Kartisiya, including its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kartisiya for its intended purpose.
9. Availability and changes
Kartisiya is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Kartisiya, including features, plans, limits, or content.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kartisiya disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kartisiya will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or relating to the use of the service.
11. Privacy and security
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Continued use of Kartisiya after an update means you accept the updated terms.
